5 California Men Are Charged in Fire That Burned 53 Homes in California

As the news in New York time and what we experience at the wildfire was an extreme experience with some people. The Wildfire (2007) was at a pinnacle that large areas of places was getting burned, mostly the houses got burned more then humans. The October fire (2003) was usurped in many peoples life by loosing their memories of home and families. In the wild fire we were scrupulous and evacuated ASAP. We got warned this time and expected from many views. Many fire fighters had atrophy because of putting the fire out, the fire even have a connive on some of them and died. A lot of firefighters were everywhere in five areas putting the fire out with water and chemical in capacious. We were lucky people got injured then killed. So beware of the next time at a party, food wrapping, and anywhere the fire can set off insanely.

The waiting room

The key message of this play is that beauty is not everything. When you think about it, beauty is on the inside not the outside. Wanda is a girl that would have surgery all over her body that makes her move attractive. The only thing she loved was her breasts, even though it would have to do damage in return. At the end she figures out that beauty was on the inside. For beauty you should just listen to yourself and not others.

During the play Lisa Loomer is telling us don’t try to make yourself something your not comfortable and listen to your self. Wanda at the beginning was just having surgery so a man could love her only for her body. The horrible thing was that after her breast implants got put in, she was diagnosed with breast cancer but to be beautiful she had to be healthy. In today’s society people still do this stuff to make themselves beautiful.

The three females are from different times, Victoria is form 19th century, Forgiveness from Heaven is from 17th century, and Wanda is a modern girl from New Jersey. Victoria has a corset that she wears that is causing some hormone problems and making her arm fling like crazy, she also has a problem of biting people. Forgiveness from Heaven her feet were binded so her husband would love her but her toes keep falling off. Wanda is a girl that had surgery on her body and let guys do anything to her. Victoria did not change in the beginning to the end of the play. Victoria followed what her husband said and never what she wanted. Wanda changed by becoming more independent. Forgiveness from Heaven changed too. Wanda was telling Forgiveness from Heaven a fairy tales a fairy tale about all three of hem and their problems. In the end Forgiveness from Heaven was free from her binding.

Larry and Ken were discussing about a serum that could be use or not use for helping cancer. They didn’t want it because it would make them loose money. Lisa Loomer is telling us that some people don’t want to help others but are just working for the money.

At the end of the play Forgiveness from Heaven was dancing in the dark while unbinding her feet, she was so happy that she was free. I think that this means that everyone is suppose to be free from whatever they have trouble of. The ending was excellent and I loved it. It was beautiful because she was so happy and free from not only the bandage, but many troubles. The image in my head was wonderful. I would love to read act three and talk about how Wanda deal with cancer and make Victoria dump her husband and make her own life.

Tale of genders

The article that we read is about the beauty of the fairy tale that children have heard or told. The article was really right because if you see the tale of children story that all of the children believing in fairy tale that some of them would not go out and play. We seem to blame the parents because parents are the reason these children believe the fairy tale in the first place. Fairy tales are arising with many kind of imagination. You can see that princesses are to fall in love with a charming prince, while waiting in a room cleaning things, witch gives an apple to a princess that is poison. In real life apple is suppose to keep the doctors away (help with health) so if the children believe that apple is bad then some of them would not eat an apple. With the fact that children will not play outside instead they would wait in the room and wait for the prince getting no exercises.

We first was reading "The waiting room" after we were done with the sense we were talking about what the purpose of the play was about. The three lady that was in pain that one women has a very small feet and the other women had a small waist and third one had a lot of surgery with the breast and other to add more on her body. We were talking that why would the woman do those thing because that the man love how they judge the women.
After the seminar about the story about the "The waiting room" we started to talk about what is the people's favorite sentence and paragraph, and many people have so much interesting comments. We were talking about why did all those people have so many fact that the teens receive and that was it the parents influence them to become beautiful or is it the friends that tell abd critize them? First we thought that the child was wanted to be like their parents but then some of the others in the conversation said that they did not wanted to be like their parents. I think that childrens, teens, and other people make there own disition. We look at all the cermercials, listion to other people that makes our disicion that but we never listion to your own.

Simenar beauty

In the simenar we were talking about the article "In the eye of the beholder." The article is about the beauty of the women that why would they do all the unessury thing that would effect their health to become beautiful. We were talking about that why would women want to become so beautiful, and Josh said that " The perpose of all the women want to beautiful its because that all the men exspected it form women and that is why they would want to do all those tirrable things." We were also talking about the show Ugly Betty and Betty want to work a super model magazine and people at the place work as a pretty, but Betty did not fit in she was ugly, she did not fit in and some people wanted her to get fire. The though part of Betty is that she never gived up, she had the most generouse heart and so kind not like the other people who wants to be skinny, put pig fat on their rickle, and who wear really showable clothes. Betty was so kind in the inside not the outside that her boss, family, and even some of the famouse people she met. So its not mainly how we look at thing just know the person!
In the cermercial that we saw about beauty we were disgusting about how things was going to happen in the future. Everyone mainly kids watch tv and children when they grow up the children will take the information with them when they grow up. I like what Allegra said "On televistion now there is barbies that have made the children so capable to love how everything is now and the future. You see today that the barbie is a head size figure and the little kids decorate their hair and put make-up on the dolls. But did you know that when the child start puting the make-up on the barbie or bratz that the child start developing the access of putting make-up on their own body which make much more damage at a young age. So when the kids grow up the kids already have the exsperince and start cuasing more damaging to their own body. This is how strong the avertisement and what is know today have been shooting at the youngest kids they can posiblity get and more damage to their health and when they grow up the more health decrease. In the simenar a lot of people have so many great conversation about beauty.

Malian women

Malian women bleach their skin with cream. While their skin look pallid they embellish their skins. While Malian physician Dr. Ali Gindo wants salubrious to the women that are putting bleach cream and want them to stop. Malian think that they are ebullient so the man will love them. When women that are salacious and also want to be loved, women are mesmeric by beauty that they will do anything to make them self beautiful when the men don't liked it. People have there own criticize that if the person don't do put cream they would think that they did not be baptize and are in the second level, not first. Women buy produce because of avitisement also, some women can not afore expensive ones that they but cheaper cream and so that demage there health even more.

Commercial Beauty

What were your gut reactions to this commercial?

The commercial was about beauty of women. My reaction was very disgusted because that everything that the women do or get was the most disturbing thing of all. Women want to be beautiful so they get produce that will harm your body, people would even do stuff to there body to make them beautiful for example throw-up on purpose and exercise all day sometime with out eating, and starving them self. I was just very disgusted. When kids grow up what will be the expectation of what they have seen. Children are the future and in the future children have seen what people have been doing in tv so they bring in to there brain and when they grow up things will be much difficult.

What do you think about the central message of the commercial? Be specific and give examples to support your ideas.

The central message of the commercial is many women wants to be beautiful no matter what they do. Like every beauty it takes are "Beauty is pain." When the woman wants to be look beautiful they would have surgery.

Socrates Cafe reflextion

At the beginning we were talking about the Athens and the Spartans. We were explained that women is sparta was more advance form the Athens. Women was aloud to do things with the permission that the husband told them to. Women control the everything when the man is gone, but they can not go outside because that people will think that the woman was a vary bad influence to the kids and does not love the husband. Women are only around the part of the house that the man say to be at. At Sparta the wedding of the marriage was to wrestle each other, mainly the men always win because women are not suppose win even if the women did not want to love the men women did not have any choice. When the women get beaten that mean she is feminine and show that she can get marry. Mainly that was the wedding.

The seminar we were talking about are vertues and Socrates believes. There are four of the vertues and its trudence, fortitude, temperance, and justice. Some people have a things that they want so they take granted by stealing or killing. Like we were saying in the seminar that there was a guy that was hungry and he had no money or home, so then he went and steal some food. The guy had prudence and fortitude he even knows it, but he was just selfish only think about his stomach and did not think about what the person that is going to get steal by will get hurt. People think over what is going to happen before they make a choice to steal even though they know what is the consequence. We were also talk about killing and why did the people kill is it because of revenge? or just going mad? well they can go both ways so they can be happy of there satisfactions. Like what Soul said " An eye for an eye make the world selfish" he meant that people are really selfish when it come for what they wants. Should people really give revenge when something that had happen when it was in the past? For my opinion I would say NEVER.
Do you know the phrase ying and yang which means light and dark, black and white, and it mainly means that good or bad. Like we were talking about that some things have a purpose but need something to give in return. When we were talking about Galileo, he was the person who discover that the the truth about the worlds orbit when everyone was believing the facts of the church. So he was sent to house arrest because people thought only of the church believe not his, he was sent for 27 or 26 years and after that he was right and died before any of the church told him he was right. The sad part of the fact is that Galileo was right and he was sent to house arrest for the fact that he was right not the churches.

How did women's roles in society differ from Athens and Sparta?

Women in Athens and Sparta are different, the two might be sisters but there rules are a lot different. Athens is suppose the respect there husben, mainly the man and boys have more aventage of the education and woman. Boys grows up with educations and girls don't. Womans in Athen are mainly slaves to man in properties. Unlike Sparta women, Sparta women have the rights of mainly half of the respect of the man. Women in Sparta own a third of the land, girls have the educations as the boys, women marry later unlike the Athens, they take care of everything that does not have to do with the army because there husben is not always home. Also the women in Sparta take care of the boys til they turn at the age of seven so they can act though for the army. Men in Sparta plays a little role or none in taking care of the child.

If the Greeks are considered so advanced, so culturally elite, why do you believe gender equality (equality between men and women) was not established?

The Sparta was well into the army progress. The men did not have time or wanted to treat the women nicely. Most men was not home so when a married women get marry the men goes off to the army and leave the homes. The homes belong to the women because they have the rights to take good care of it and children and everything that has nothing to do with the military. Men in Sparta goes fight while the Athen stay at home and boss the wive around. Gender equality was not established because the women in Athen will not speak up about what they want, instead they think they will be protected while they are getting hurt. Sparta has more rights its becuase the men are always off in the army.

Based on your understanding of women in Ancient Greek society, how do you think women were depicted by artists at this time?

The women at long time ago art has been though exspecialy the Athen. The Athens had to work almost of there whole life while they are naked. While the Sparta get to do whatever they want with the equel of the men. Women at this time looking at artist, the women would be really surprise and almost happy.
Women can follow there own rule no matter who says it or make it!

Youth and perfections

Youth is not perfect, many people look really old but do you know that person was really young inside. Like a phrase "Don't judge a book by its cover." with youth they are beautiful and have young spirit. Youth is depend how young there heart, soul, and spirit are. People have there own, so there are no perfection in the world. We all judge with our eyes not by saying "Hi" to the person. So youth can be anyone we just have to know them. Perfection is really complicated thing to solve, even with the smartist scientest people would not just get it in to perfectness. Like I said people have there own opionin that makes us all uniqe but with different judgement the world will never be perfect.

This beauty of the blue rose is represent of the "Blue Moon". Scientist made the a white rose and put dye in the rose so it can become blue. So which means that something that is beautiful become even more beautiful just adding some help just adding colors. People may see the change of the rose but inside of the blue there is still a white rose.

Beauty Smile

The beauty of the dog that is smiling its because that even the smallest dog can smile. The dogs hair is the beauty, when the hair sticks up like a pineapple we all know the dog loves it with just a smile. With a smile the world can light with laughter and everyone will be happy no matter whose situations. Smile can infect the whole world, if you smile to one person then they will smile to the next. Lets just say its a disease. Smile though the heart of the soul that gived you the smile and the one who is smiling will be the happiest of all.
